    Because every piece is handmade, pricing varies depending on the design, size, detail, and materials used.

    💖 Ready-Made Items – Priced individually and available for immediate purchase.

    🎨 Custom Commissions – Quoted on a case-by-case basis depending on the complexity of the design and time required to create it.

    For custom orders, simply send through your ideas, reference photos, and any special requests, and I'll provide a personalised quote before work begins.

  • At Little Treasures by Mal, every item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, the following returns policy applies:

    Custom Orders

    Custom-made and personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the design has been approved by the customer and production has commenced.

    Ready-Made Items

    For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, ready-made items cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging seal has been broken, opened, or tampered with.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.

    Shipping

    We take great care in packaging all orders to help ensure they arrive safely. However, once an order has been handed over to the postal or courier service, Little Treasures by Mal cannot be held liable for loss, delays, or damage that may occur during transit.
